REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2014 IS NOW OPEN!

There are 3 ways to sign up.

 

1. Visit us at the soccer fields every Saturday beginning July 26th through Saturday, August 9th from         10 a.m.  - 12  to sign up.

2. All Centerville schools,  Owens Corner Mart, Four Seasons Sporting Goods, and Centerville Church of Christ Dayschool will have copies of registration forms to fill out and mail in.

3. Click the link below to open, download and print registration forms.  Fill out completely, mail form and payment to the address listed on the form.  You can also bring your completed form and payment to the soccer fields any Saturday from July 26th - August 9th from 10 a.m.-12.
